Kristina Beauregard is the Director of Agent Development for ROVI Homes, a top New England real estate firm recognized by Inc 5000 as the fastest-growing brokerage in the state of Massachusetts. Prior to joining ROVI Homes in 2018, Kristina served as a veterinary surgical technician in Florida for 13 years where she managed a hospital, leading a team of 20 technicians and nine doctors. 

After completing a rewarding career in veterinary surgery, Kristina moved to Springfield, MA in 2011 and made the shift to becoming a real estate agent, which she pursued for eight successful years. Kristina’s background in real estate and the veterinary industry gives her a unique edge as the Director of Agent Development at ROVI Homes, as she applies the skills she acquired in both industries to her training technique. 

Kristina has helped develop several educational training programs for agents, including a 4-week Bootcamp class for new agents that offers training on how to write offers, prospect for new leads, close transactions, build a database, and learn the ROVI way. An extremely hands-on educator, Kristina is dedicated to designing educational programs that work for every learning style. She has created programs for agents who are full-time, part-time, on a team, or working independently. “I really like to sit down and build a unique educational platform for every agent since everyone has different ways of learning,” Kristina explains. “Seeing agents succeed and knowing I played a small part in that is what drives me.” 

Kristina is passionate about fostering a supportive network among the agents she leads. “Although real estate tends to be a very competitive industry, you don’t feel that at ROVI,” Kristina explains. “You can reach out to anyone at the brokerage for help. We don’t have the kind of atmosphere where another agent walks over to your cubicle and you feel the need to hide documents on your desk.”

Although Kristina prefers training agents in person due to her hands-on teaching style and approachable leadership method, she manages several virtual trainings as well, offering additional flexibility to agents who are unable to attend trainings in the office. 

When Kristina isn’t working, she loves spending time with her husband and two young boys. She also shares a great love for animals, which led her to pursue the veterinary industry in her early career.
