With an impressive background in senior level sales management and as a former entrepreneur, Lino brings his business insight, leadership vision, and powerful ability to help companies grow to ROVI Homes. 

Since joining the brokerage in 2019, Lino has spearheaded the hyper-growth of ROVI Homes, opening new offices in Sarasota, Florida, Hartford, Connecticut, and Worcester, Massachusetts. When discussing the impressive expansion, Lino stressed the importance of adhering to ROVI Homes’ powerful mission and vision. “When we expand to new markets, we’re bringing our commercial division, home renovation division, our culture – everything that makes us ROVI”.

Laser-focused and always thinking long-term, Lino recognizes that clients are not only looking for an agent to help them buy or sell their home, they’re also looking for lenders, movers, renovators, etc. In other words, clients don’t want to work with a company that only provides transactional services, they want to work with a company that sees them through every aspect of the home-ownership process. “People want a high-functioning, one stop shop experience, and we want to make that as accessible as possible for them,” Lino explains. 

After graduating from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, Lino took advantage of the Texas Housing Boom and launched ProMowing.com, an on-line based residential lawn care company. In a short 7 years, Lino grew that company to one of the largest residential lawn care companies in the nation before selling in 2009. From there, he joined The College Network as a Senior VP for the Fortune 500 leader in online education, and over the next 10 years went on to lead the growth and expansion of several SAAS start-ups all in senior level capacities.   

Originally from Springfield, MA, Lino is excited to be back in the area where he grew up after spending the last 20 years in Texas. “Western Massachusetts has always been home, and my family is thrilled to be entrenched in the lifestyle that makes us 413,” Lino explained. In his limited free time, Lino enjoys working out and spending time traveling with his wife and three children, ages 24, 16, and 11. “My wife and I will be married 20 years this year,” Lino says. “She is absolutely amazing and has supported me through all I have taken on professionally through the years.”
