It’s not uncommon to see Steven Rovithis post on Facebook from various eateries and businesses around town. Rovithis embodies the phrase “love where you live.” In fact, he has made it his mission to be THE real estate resource in the area. “I grew up here, my family is here, my wife and I are raising our kids here,” Rovithis said. “I believe we should participate in the kind of community we want to live in, and you have to get out there and make it happen.”

Rovithis, originally from Feeding Hills, is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Florida and is broker/owner of ROVI Homes, one of the fastest-growing independent real estate companies in the country. He currently leads one of the top residential sales teams in New England, and he has more than 400 personal transactions in his career.

After graduating from Trinity College in Hartford with a double major in Biology and Economics, Rovithis set his sights on real estate in his home state. From 2007 to 2015, he co-owned the five Century 21 offices in Western Massachusetts where he oversaw over 100 agents and more than 400 closings each year. He also owned and operated a property management company from 2011 to 2015. Though he doesn’t practice insurance, he’s also a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent in Massachusetts.

The sole proprietor of ROVI Homes, Rovithis leads an enthusiastic agency of more than 150 agents. He is also committed to education. He is a licensed real estate school instructor and has affiliations with Real Estate Schools in multiple states. The agency has a strong focus on training and is guiding the roster on the ROVI Way. “I try to lead by example,” he says. “I want my agents and others to see that hard work and a plan will pay off.”

He has served as an adjunct professor at The Elms College teaching a class on Real Estate and has hosted “The Steve Rovithis Show - Your Real Estate Resource” which aired on iHeart radio and WHYN AM 560.

He opened a second brokerage, SR Commercial Realty, to focus on the commercial sector of the market.

Another way he leads is by giving back to the community that shaped him. He is a regular donor to Shriners Hospital, and at each property closing, ROVI Homes makes a donation to a charity of the client’s choice. He is also the organizer of the annual Infertility Awareness 5K Walk/Run Fundraiser that raises funds for AGC, a Massachusetts fertility organization.
